Normal TO and climb procedure
At VR, rotate the aircraft to 15° body attitude at about 3°/second
Maintain V2+15 until 1000 ft AGL
At 1000 ft, decrease body attitude to 10°, retract flaps, set climb thrust (95% N1 in standard conditions) and accelerate to 250 kts IAS
Maintain 250 kts IAS until 10,000 ft by adjusting ROC
At 10,000 ft, decrease ROC to 500 fpm and let the aircraft accelerate to 300 kts IAS
Then maintain 300 kts IAS/Mach 0.83 until cruise altitude by adjusting ROC while maintaining climb thrust (N1 96%)
At the highest TO weights, ROC will have to be decreased to about 500-700 fpm above FL 230-250
Keep the speed..
